Discussion and possible action to approve a lease agreement between Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and the Association of Central Governments (ACOG) for lease of space in the Lincoln Building, 4201 N. Lincoln, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This agreement commences November 1, 2016 and ends on June 30, 2017. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Facilities Management, and approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney. (Document Received)

7. Discussion and possible action for approval to move $200,000.00 from Public Building Authority Reserves to Lincoln Capital budget to begin construction for new tenant, ACOG. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Facilities Management.

8. Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201. (Document Received)

9. Citizen participation: Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.
